A San Francisco based start up is looking to hire their first ever HR professional. This role will be a remote position while we navigate COVID-19 but, will soon transfer into an “in office” opporutnity once the threat of the pandemic is reduced. The company is a fast growing organization, on its way to becoming public rather soon. This is a huge role for someone that is eager to roll their sleeves up and create major change.
This position is full-time, with full benefits and is responsible for running Payroll for US and working with outside payroll vendors to run International Payroll and ensuring overall compliance and execution of payroll functions.

Reporting to the Director of Development, and collaborating with all development staff members and the Business Office, the Manager of Development Operations will be responsible for managing gift entry and batching, timely gift acknowledgement, pledge fulfillment, monthly reconciliation, development calendar, administrative support to the Director of Development, meeting preparation and inventorying and ordering office supplies.
