    Contract Solutions are perfect for short or long term projects, leaves of absence or gaps in a specific department. No need to worry about adding head count or the cost associated with onboarding a new employee as this service is completely risk free to your organization. At Clout Staffing Solutions, our negotiated bill rates are all inclusive and include: the candidate hourly rate, payroll/state tax, California sick leave and workers comp.

  • Contract to Hire

    This approach is extremely popular and best known as the “try before you buy” method. This will allow you to determine the organizational long term needs without feeling the pressure of hiring a candidate direct. Another reason companies choose this route is to ensure the overall fit with the selected candidate will be a viable long term solution and investment. There is never an obligation to hire a candidate working under this method.

  • Direct Hire

    Adding headcount is a daunting task that can take hundreds of hours recruiting. Why take time away from your daily functions when our professional staffing team can do the work for you. Our team actively seeks the Bay Area’s most desired and sought after talent through our endless professional network to meet your organizational needs. We screen, interview, reference and background check all of our candidates prior to placement to give you that extra peace of mind. A placement fee is negotiated upfront and based solely on the candidates first year earnings not to include bonus or incentive income. Our placement fee is only due once a qualified candidate is hired and begins their employment with your organization.
